Arrested Development is one of my favorite shows and I’m super psyched to be involved with this tribute. I went with a portrait of Tobias referencing the “Missing Kitty” episode and the whole prison scenario with George Sr. I tried to capture a dumbfounded Tobias expression, and very simply replacing his glasses with handcuffs. This is an obvious nod not only to the shows name and the fact that he was in jail, but the handcuffs on the head (and presumably the shows title) also references the actual medical terminology of arrested development.
